Processing Time: During a new release or restock our processing time can take up to 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. We work with two European Stockist who ship worldwide. Ship To Address: Please make sure you input the correct shipping address. In the event there is a mistake please reach out immediately. I will gladly edit and ship to correct address. If your order ships before I am notified of address change I will not be responsible for lost package. 

Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the best rate. During the shipping process you will receive a shipping notice with tracking. In the event your package does not scan please give it time. The USPS has struggled with delays and scanning packages. If you are worried your package is lost please reach out and I'll do my best to help.  *Please note I am NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. 

In the event your package says delivered but you can't find it, please give it a day or two. Sometimes packages are accidentally scanned as delivered when it wasn't.

Free Shipping: to qualify for free shipping the order must be equal to $125 or more before taxes and after all discounts have applied. No code needed.

Cancelling An Order: If you need to cancel an order please reach out immediately. We cannot cancel orders that have already been turned over to the shipping carrier.

Package is damaged: we do our best to ensure each item is packaged very securely as to avoid breaks. In the event there is an issue please email within 48 hours of receiving with photos of any issues.       

Missing Items: we do our best to ensure each order is packed with care and accuracy. We now include packing slips on most orders with more than 1 item. Mistakes sometimes happen so if you feel something is missing from your order please reach out immediately with the order number and a photo of your packing slip along with any pertinent info. 

Combining Orders:  during new releases and sales we will no longer be combining orders and refunding. 

Color Accuracy: I work with several swatchers to ensure a variety of skin tone and nail lengths/shapes. I do my best to ensure photos are color accurate but please keep in mind the accuracy can vary depending on lighting, skintones, phones and computer screens.

Storing Polish: To ensure you nail polish lasts a long time it best to store them in a cool, dark place away from heat and sunlight. The shelf life of regular polish is 12 months. The shelf life of thermals and solar polishes is 6-12 months. Typically your polishes should last much longer if cared for properly but I guarantee them for the length of time listed above.

Restocks: I will typically restock and re-release polishes based on demand. If there's a polish you missed out on there is a good chance it will make a comeback at some point.
